Under 2 miles from D’town Clayton. This is OWNER managed- which is HUGE because this assures you will always have immediate assistance. Look at the reviews! You’re sure to relax in the beauty of the mountains in this pristine, quiet, cozy cottage. Perfect to relax & unwind. The roads to the Cottage are all amazing. Flamingo Vintage Camper

The Flamingle is a Vintage camper in the middle of the Theater. The camper includes an outdoor shower, bathrooms, pet friendly, barbecue grill, 2 movie admission tickets, a private covered viewing deck and very close to the bathrooms. The theater has a restaurant with a full menu. The Camper includes a refrigerator, sink, coffee maker with all the trimmings but no other cooking appliances. This is the largest of the three campers. Wake up in the morning with privacy and solitude.

The Extra House

We have a comfortable Extra House we call it. Extra cozy extra cute Extra House. The house is right on the Tallulah River in Towns County. There is fishing/swimming hole about 100 ' up river and a waterfall up a trail behind the Big House about a 30 minute hike up and back. Longer if you jump in the falls. Trout fishing out the door and 6 miles of fishing along the main road. We have a 250' zipline into a swiming pond or get off before the water. Lots of hiking trails and waterfalls.

Zen Mountain Escape: Rivers, Wineries & Solitude

Rustic beauty with modern touches all within a stones throw of two wineries. The first thing you notice here is the incredible stillness as you take in the dramatic view of clouds scraping the top of the Glassy Mountain 1200' above. Enjoy a morning espresso on the yoga platform in the trees 40' feet above the creek and then cool off after a hike/bike/paddle in the outdoor shower. Or let the summer breeze lull you into a nap on the sleeping porch sipping local wines. That's my favorite.

Ren's Nest, a place to be in the forest.

A big tiny house above Lake Rabun that captures both mountains and water. Secluded in the woods at the end of a lane, it is a modern interpretation of an old hunting cabin with boundless room for nature lovers. It is a comfortable home for healthful recreation and the replenishment of the mind and body, and a wonderful place to unplug. Perfect for singles, honeymooners, couples and young families. This is a two story home with the bathroom and bedroom located on the second floor.

Tiny House Living! The tiny house includes a double bed, 50” flat screen TV, small fridge, microwave, k cup machine, full tiny bathroom with shower and loft reading nook. Outside you will find 6 acres to roam, a two person hot tub, charcoal grill, fire-pit and small waterfall with a porch. The Lil Red Tiny House is located about 30 feet behind another home that is not currently occupied but we do go in and out of it at times. Please Note: outdoor cameras are capable of recording.

Great for your daily walks. Community is bordered by the Warwoman Wildlife Management Area. 2 miles from the center of town in a quiet mountain top community. The perfect home base for hiking, fishing, bird watching, boating, river rafting, shopping, dining and just chilling out.
